Q. What are the ticket office hours ?
A. There are two ticket offices, one manned and one automated.
However, not all company routes are handled. Please confirm ahead of time.
Manned office
Here you can purchase bus tickets, books of tickets, special tickets, and more for expressway buses that use the following reservation systems. (Some ticket types may not be available. Please see the bus companies for details.)

・ Highwaybus.com (5:40 - 23:45)
・ Kousokubus.net (6:20 - 24:00)
・ Hassha Orai Net (6:20 - 23:55)
・ Airport Limousine (4:20 - 22:50)

*Credit cards accepted, QR code payment partly available.
*Routes using other systems are not supported.

Automatic ticket machine

Q. Is there a kiosk?
A. A convenience store is located within the waiting room.
convenience store: Daily YAMAZAKI Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal Hours: 3:30 - 25:00
There are beverage vending machines in four locations within the bus terminal that you may use.
Q. Are there any power outlets to charge my smartphone?
A. Coin-operated chargers are available beside the automatic ticket machines on the northern side.
(Some phones may not be supported due to their size, model, or other specifications.)
Q. Is there a smoking area?
A. There are no smoking areas within the terminal.

Telephone reservations

Q. Can I make phone reservations for expressway buses?
A. We are unable to accept phone reservations at the moment.
Please contact the bus companies.

Boarding times

Q. Can I take large bags on board?
A. This depends on the bus company.
Please contact the bus companies ahead of time.

Lost and Found

Q. Who should I contact if I have left something behind?
Lost property found on buses is held by the bus company.
Please contact the bus companies.

Lost property found in the terminal is held by the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. Contact the terminal at 03-6380-4794 (Hours: 9:00 - 17:00)
